Before you start

Where are our records stored, and who owns them?

Your records are stored in India (Mumbai), in a database and a file store that are copied to a second store within minutes and backed up and verified every night; the app shows you where your records are at all times. The record belongs to your clinic: MetaDew keeps it on your behalf under one standard agreement, and you can download everything as one export pack at any time, whatever the state of your account.

Does it replace or connect to our record system?

Neither. MetaDew sits beside your record system, not inside it: nothing is integrated, and you identify each patient by the ID you already use. Clinical history, stimulation, consent forms and billing stay where they are.

Who makes the decisions?

Your staff, always. MetaDew works from fixed rules on identity, sequence, completeness, location and dates. It does not read images for you or comment on the material itself, and the record shows who confirmed each step.

How do sign-in and phones work?

Sign-in is by email and a password of 10 characters or more. Phones are paired to your clinic by a code and unpaired from the laptop. MetaDew's own staff never see patient names.
